The Dreamweaver extension comes with extensive documentation (but it's so easy to use, you may not need it). The documention breaks down the styles so you know what to edit and how.
Everything is done using a wizard then editing the CSS style sheet ONLY if you want something different than the 6 included styles. You can actually use a supplied style and have a great menu in minutes!
